Phone,se,cracked,screen,and,won't,start,even,by,holding,home,and,lock,button.

My iphone se has a cracked screen and it won't start by holding lock and home button. I can't see it on my iCloud as one of my devices either so I can't even backup my things. Please help if you can, thanks.

Also, sometimes when I turn it off then back on again not only can I see my lock screen but also my apps on my home screen at the same time. iPhone is jammed and won't start phone is jammed - i have watched all the youtube videos etc. this happened when resetting phone/deleting post back up and cuz the phone was illegally locked - i am using a new provider so a tech at the store told me i had to delete/reset/restore to have my phone register the new provider... sounds like it's not just the screen which broke
