I didnt set a firmware password but it is telling me that i have got a password?

Couple days ago i downloaded the disc image for windows to be able to use that as well but i havent been on mac os since then. so i was planning to launch mac os but it gave me the lock sign and i went back on windows and tried to launch mac os from there but bootcamp gave me an error now i cant reach any of them. I need help please
