MAC OS and Outlook 2011

I updated my Mac OS today and when I was done it said I needed to update my Microsoft Database. I did this and it caused me to lose everything in Outlook 2011 since 2012. Any ideas on how to get the data back?

It came back new but totally empty, all folders and emails gone, view settings lost, etc. Continued updating Big Sur OS to 11.4, but no change for Outlook. Tons of important company info I need to get back. TimeMachine backup drive quit working at the same time, but my desperate need is to recover Outlook. Thanks!

Upgrading your mail database... This may take a few minutes I have just upgraded my MAC OS to Catalina and opened the mail and it said "upgrading your mail database... this may take a few minutes" after it upgraded most of my old mail i can see the subject but no content in the message it self? does anyone know a fix for this as a lot of my saved and deleted messages i cannot read them!

Upgrading your Mail database is stuck halfway through and won't complete I updated to macOS High Sierra to Monterey today and my mail upgraded but is stuck halfway through and I can't access my mail now.

Restore them from your backup. Outlook is not an Apple product so if you require more help with it then look to the Mac forums at Microsoft forums. If you are now using High Sierra, then you need to upgrade Office to the latest version.
