I cancelled the sync before everything copied from my computer to iCloud Drive because my WiFi connection was crap. Noticed that there are important files no longer available on my local Desktop now... Any way to recover?
Backup was old (months), but serviceable for my immediate needs. Files don't appear to have been copied to iCloud.com/iCloud Drive. Checked deleted items there, none.
Just bummed that there isn't a more fail-safe mentality taken with this feature. Like maybe don't delete the files locally until they are confirmed on the cloud?
Do you have a backup you can restore from? Are the files at iCloud.com/iCloud Drive?
