is there a way to block incoming calls to my iphone while still connected to the LTE network?

I see that you'd like to be able to block incoming calls while still maintaining the connection to cellular (mobile) data. I'm happy to help.
Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Do Not Disturb will silence calls, alerts, and notifications, but you can allow calls from certain contacts if you wish. Do Not Disturb can be turned on from the Control Center or in the Settings app.
