Didn’t purchase an application and I money taken

One day I got an e-mail for an application that I did not actually purchased .I cancelled the purchase but today i got a new e-mail that the purchase is successfully and the money will be taken from my card.Please help me it’s a big amount of money .

This is likely to be a scam. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Also Read this If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support

Hi And thank you for your reply.I went on full purchase history and it does not even show there .It is a game that I have never downloaded and once the email that came on me it was an other iphone Name notice even mine.I don’t know what to do.

Hi,

As this is a scam, it will not appear in your Purchase history nor will it appear in bank statement. I suggest that you use report phishing link and delete bill.

By the way, never click on links shown on unfamiliar emails.
