Safari Multiple tabs

How can I select multiple tabs in MacOS Safari to move them to a new window? Used to be Control key, but that no longer works. Thanks

Safari on Mac My MacBook is version 10.14.6. Before I updated my Safari, I was able to slide my mouse over my tabs and be able to exit out of them without opening the actual tab. I don't know if that description makes sense lol. When I updated Safari, I realized that I couldn't do that anymore. Is there a specific setting where I can enable this feature? It's kind of annoying to press on each tab individually to exit out of them.

Make Safari open with previous tabs I am running macOS 11.4 on a M1 iMac. How do I get Safari to open with my previous tabs please. I have tried previous community suggestions but I seem to have a different version of Safari 14.1.1 and the options are different. Any suggestions please.
