I can't login to my icloud,facetime,messages, or itunes on my Macbook Pro.

When I put in my apple id , icloud will not respond. Itunes,facetime,and messages accounts say wrong password.What am I doing wrong? Is it my Keychain?

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1

Hi Yoyo,


Log into your account page first @ appleid.apple.com. Go through each section & make sure it's correct.

**Payment info: This section is particularly important.

Select Edit, then add or update pymt info as needed. If your info is exactly as it should be enter your expiration month & year along with the CVV code for your code on file. This lets iTunes know you have confirmed your info.

After, follow steps in the articles below (the title of the first article doesn't sound applicable to your issue, but the steps within are).
