Is phone warrancy including a charger?
Cabel from my charger is broken, so i can not charge my iPhone. Is it on warrancy?

The accessories that accompany the iPhone in the box are under the same warranty as the phone. If you make a Genius Bar appointment, you can bring the cable in, but bring the phone they came with for them to be able to check the sale date. Apple has the final say as to whether it is manufacturing defect, or user damage.
