Siri High Sierra Bugs

I have MPM 13" 2017 with touch bar. The first day Siri worked perfect. But suddenly it just refused to use voice control despite it is activated. It suggests only typing and not producing beep sound. Only typing. Everything is activated. I've already tried different languages, rebooting, save mode booting but nothing. According to preferences it must be working but it doesn't. If I type Siri response. It's strange. Very strange. At the same time voice dictation works perfect. Anyone has any idea what the problem could be?
