Reorganizing notes

I would like to find an app that will allow me to write notes in bullet form with indentation for sub note bullets if possible. I need an app that will allow me to highlight a bullet note and drag it around to a different location Or insert additional bullet notes easily. I find the Pages app too awkward. I don't need fancy formatting. I just need each bullet to be dragable. I have tried Bulletnote App and it appears to do what I want except I can't insert a new bullet where I want to. I have to add a bullet at the bottom and drag it up the full length of the text to insert it where I want it. I can't get it to work for me in several other ways either but at least it seems to be heading in the direction of what I'm looking for. Any ideas?
