Apps Not Updating on iPad Air 2

I have numerous app updates waiting, but they will not update. I tried one at a time and "update all". Each way gets the same result.... A spinning circle(s).

I have tried shutting down the iPad, also, signing out of iTunes, and shutting down with home button and sleep button. Nothing is working.

Apps not updating in App Store Hi The App Store is not downloading or updating apps. I have over 40 apps queuing for update on my iPhone 11 pro max.
