MBP 15': Frequent kernel panics

Hi,

Can someone help me analyze the following issue?

ISSUE

Frequent Kernel Panic

MBP Config

Using 8GB of ram in one slot

The second slot is empty

=> Why? Because when using both slots MBP crashes all the time just in minutes after start.

I have performed all combinations to test if

a) any of the ram stick is damaged,

b) any of the slots is dammaged

My conclusion:

Both stick function ok

Both slots are ok

But, as i said, I can't use the 2 slots at the same time.

With one slot being used I still have 'sporadic" panic kernel issues like the one below:

Any ideas?
