how do I turn bluetooth on when mouse and keyboard are disconnected

I have an iMac and my bluetooth got turned off. Now my keyboard and mouse are not connected. I can't do anything unless I can re connect - how do I do this , without a keyboard or mouse?

Bluetooth problem Hello I do have problem with Bluetooth keyboard and mouse on iMac with High Sierra. I tried everything, the only suggestion that work if I reset NRAM, but it doesn't really fix the problem because if I restart iMac doesn't find any Bluetooth device that is painful. Any suggestion?
