Why every time I open settings/general/iPhone Storage, the settings app freezes and all other apps start crashing until I reboot my phone ?
There’s an issue with iPhone storage, it keeps freezing the settings app and making my other apps crash
Try the following, in order, until resolved:
- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Perform a "Reset All Settings" reset.
