How can I utilize my CPU power more efficiently?

Hey clan,

How can I utilize my CPU power more efficiently? Or possibly distribute the info from Logic to the CPU differently for more efficiency? Only one bar is full and it's causing the "Error synchronizing Audio and MIDI" message.

Is there a way to get the other cores working on processing? Just seems like such a waste.

I am running several MIDI tracks with NI Kontakt and several audio tracks like guitars and vocals. Not quite ready to bounce MIDI to audio yet.

Also, reverb and delay are on aux busses, not individual tracks.

When I turn off delay and reverb it helps a little. I guess I'm just not too knowledgeable on how the cpu handles all of this info. Can all of it be processed on only one core or thread? I hope not!

Running Logic Pro X on High Sierra 10.13.3

Mac mini (Late 2012)

2.6 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

Thanks!

Mac mini (Late 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.4), null
