Vimeo

Hey Tom, I've been uploading videos to Vimeo for a couple of years now. I re-edited and reposted a video, however the quality was rubbish. Unlike what it was when I uploaded the same video three weeks ago. Any idea why this would be and how can i rectify it to get a better quality ? Thank you
