microphone and earspeaker isnt working and ive reset my phone but still can hear people when on the phone and they cant hear me and my earphone dock isn't working eithwr

Way suddenly my microphone is not working I can’t hear people talking only if I use my speakerphone! My microphone is not working! I can’t hear if someone is talking! iPhone XR speaker/mic Person on the other line can not hear me when I’m on speakerphone… I can hear them but they can’t hear me however if I turn speakerphone off and place to my ear they can hear me… so frustrating… anyone experienced this?? Is there a quick fix??
