Disabled account request information

hi I hav ereceived an email today informing me that there was an attempt my account to be access from Denmark asking to renew password for security reasons, I did the mistake and have clicked on the link provided which has opened page same as apple to enter my Apple ID and password , I did but I have entered a wrong password and i got it that it may be a spam as I was log in with a wrong password to a page asking personal info including credit cards info. So i Have changed the accounts passwords where I have used that one ( except apple as I use different one) but is there high risk of hacking to my personal data now?
