How come Gamepigeon won’t download?

I’ve gotten a new iphone 8plus and every time I try to download Gamepigeon it shows me where I enter my password, then shows a check mark, but then it goes back to saying get for Gamepigeon. Would very much like to know how to fix this to download the game.
