Can no longer access my iTunes Library on my computer (Windows 10). Have used the short cut for years and can no longer access iTunes. Cannot locate my iTunes on my computer.

You cannot see a folder called "iTunes" anywhere? If not then restore from backup. I have never heard of that happening except where somebody mistakenly trashed a folder.
