Getting Update not installed

Okay I am always up to date on my OS and app updates - last week (give or take) there was an OS update - the system needed a reboot which it did no problems and I received no errors - but I am getting Appl

when I wake the machine or reboot.

Not sure what is not installed.

I have opened up the App Store - and there is nothing pending or stuck, and I have checked the launcher to see if anything is showing that it's updating or stuck....all works normally...

Thoughts?
