syncing iTunes album info between computers

I have spent ages changing the sort by entry for composer to have them listed alphabetically by surname. This editing has synced from my MacBook over to my iPad and iPhone but when I turned on the Win10 laptop I originally used and signed in to iTunes I found the albums still sorted by Christian name of composer, which is frustrating. What can I do to sync with my MacBook ordering? I am using latest versions of iTunes.

I use iTunes Match, I think. At least I pay the subscription but never see much info about it to know what I am supposed to do if anything? I haven't subscribed to Apple Music.
