How do I fix iPad that constantly crashes apps after update of IOS 11.2.6?

I updated IPad Air to IOS 11.2.6 and now all apps crash after using for a minute. Have tried rebooting

I tried this 3 times. it didn't work. still crashed apps after opening and using them for a minute.

What i have now done is delete any apps i haven't used in a while and deleted all my email. It is running slow but no longer crashing. iPad worked great until i did the last update. arrrrrgggggh!!
