Incorrect Backup with Itunes
My mom accidentally backed up her phone on our home laptop with my brothers ex girlfriends phone. Now she lost all of her contacts and pictures and has the ex’s stuff. How do i undo this?

Hello kendrafromalexandria,
After reviewing your post, it sounds like the iPhone was restored from a backup of a different iPhone. Restoring from a backup overwrites everything on the existing device. If there is a backup on the device before it was restored, they can restore from that backup to recover it.
