Apple music won't play offline

Hey guys...

I'm having a BIG problem with apple music.

I added some musics to my library and then, i downloaded those musics tapping on that cloud with an arrow, and then, appeared "✓downloaded".

When I try to listen music offline, no data or wifi connection, music simply don't play! And if I connect to internet music start playing, and if I disconnect music stops...

I already logged out from icloud, reinstalled iOS and the problem still here...

Apple Music not playing offline I have a lot of music downloaded but nothing is playing. It just sits at the start of the song for a while and then jumps to the next song. I’ve never had this problem before. How do I fix it so the music I have downloaded plays again?

I can’t download songs on Apple Music It keeps failing to download songs on apple music. But I can listen them online and even add them to library. But for offline listening, I can’t download them. I tried reinstalling the music app and more. But the issue still remains. I have enough storage and a strong Wi-Fi connection. Please somebody help me!
