iTunes problem

I am unable to purchase from my iTunes Store due to a charge I never made a purchase it just charged me what do I do??

Thanks for posting to the Apple Support Communities. I see that you are not able to purchase something from the iTunes Store. From what you are describing it sounds like there might be a billing issue, though you haven’t made any purchases yet.


This article has some helpful information: If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store


If you continue to have issues, it may be best to contact Apple Support.
