Weird Language Used in Manage my Storage

Hello anyone pls help!

I want to downgrade my iCloud storage plan but when I opened the manage my storage section and ask me to choose it is written in a language I don’t understand at all like Lisätietoja. I checked my keyboard dictionary and only American English is checked. The fact that there is a peso signed in my bill I expect it is in Filipino which is my native language. You can downgrade your storage anytime you decide to change but my problem is the language they use in that particular section only of my I iphone 8plus which I bought 5 months ago.
