Unlocking
My friend bought I phone x from uk & he gifted me in Dubai.
Phone is locked and he bought from o2 .
He contacted already to o2 and they said they have already communicated with apple but the phone is still not activated . Need your advice.

I would take contact to o2 once more or try contacting apples support Contact Apple Support
