Move ipad 2 dock
How do I movve the dock on my Ipad - I‘m on ios 11.2.5 - at the moment it keeps popping up over the controls I am trying to use in another program?

Currently, this is not possible.
The only way to get Apple to listen to you is to use their feedback portion of their website.
