TouchBar buttons are not visible (High Sierra 10.13.3)

I had a touch bar issue. yesterday day it didn't work and feels like touch bar is not available. No settings page not customize menu option just like MacBook without touch bar. I tried resetting NVRAM and SMC but no luck. On time buttons appeared while logging in after reset but disappeared soon after login complete and bar is completely black and unresponsive.

Today however after few setting changes and restarts bar is responding and buttons seems like in correct location. But buttons are still invisible. when tap on the bar action works blindly.

Please help, doesn't seems like a hardware failure since it showed buttons once and now touch is working.
