how do i enable my account once ive changed payment method to my apple account

i changed payment from one credit card to pay for my apple account and accidentally that disabled my account. now how do i re-enable my account so that i can buy something through the apple store? please help!

Try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
