I switched apple id and then change back. Music player keep asking me to choose try 3-month trial. when I chaeck my apple id, it shown my id correctly and my member subscription still valid. (as this picture below)

See View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support. Switching IDs may have locked the device to the other ID and kicked you out of iCloud Music Library.
