Who can tell me what is this ? It can’t be opened or deleted Just appear on my iphone screen

It looks like a type of “ghost app” for lack of a better word. Simply restart your iPhone and it should clear it up. It could be a remnant of a recently deleted app or a copy of an existing app. Anyway, restarting your phone should clear it right up.
