I cannot log in my ID Apple in my iphone 6. I already put my ID and password...Now I need to recieve a verification code in my phone number (two-factor authentication) but my number now is not active so I cannot recieve it. What can I do?

apple id why doesn't my two-factor authentication give me a code? I've tried to login into my apple id on my phone that I just go fixed. I had my backup on icloud no problem. But now it tries to send me the verification code to my other devices but it doesn't appear? What should I do?
