Hi I am not able to change the country/region please advise how to solve this issue
Why can't you change it ? What happens ? If you are getting an error message what does it say ? You are currently in the country that you are trying to change it, and you have a billing address and payment method in that country ?
Why can't you change it Bahrain ? Change the country/region on it and out your Bahrain billing address and payment method on the account : Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
on the apple ID the region is USA which it determines some available services and payment methods, which I don't know and would like to change as I am currently in Bahrain
