yesterday I made an email for apple id, for my brother ... I did everything ok, the only problem is verify a very long email address, from yesterday until now can not log in again ....
Is there a server problem to?

Why can't you log into the iTunes account, what happens ? If you are getting an error message what does it say ? What have you tried to see if it fixes whatever is/isn't happening ? Where are you trying to login ?
There are a lot of posts like yours.
Do you have access to another network where you can try to log in? That has worked for several people.
What has also worked for some is trying 10 + times in a row.
Try a restart.
For a device, try a forced restart.
To verify the email address for a very long time.
