my macbook pro needs a new battery if i buy from an authorized apple retailer will apple put it in for free

I went to Apple to replace my battery and they no longer sell it. I found the battery at an authorized Apple retailer but they charge to put in the battery. If I purchase the battery and bring it to an Apple store will they put it in for free?
