Apple TV volume control

I disconnected my Apple TV to use in another tv at home, after doing this now the device does not control de volume, I go to remote & devices and volume control is set to AUTO(OFF) automatically, there is no way to turn it on and their is no Other options. I restarted the device and also reset to factory settings and problem not fixed. I also try option “turning ON your TV with remote” and when I try this I get a message “you can’t use system control with this configuration”

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks
