CD will download to iTunes but won't sync

I have an older CD that I can download into my computer iTunes. It is in the Cloud now, but won't download or sync to my phone. Any suggestions?

null-OTHER, problem is with software in Windows

I have iTunes Match. I just solved the problem by turning Match off on my phone and then turning it on again. The missing music showed up and I was able to download it.
