Try going to hidden apps on your iPad and see if you can re download them and if that does not work sign out of your apple account on the app store and try signing back in to the app store to see if that will resolve the issue you are having with the apps and also check for app updates when you are done which might be a reason why as well.

Perhaps you can describe what you mean by "disabled?"
