How do I replace faulty earphones that are 8 weeks old?

I purchased a pair of earphones on December 14th for my daughter and they are not working how do I get replacements as they under 3 months old?

null-OTHER, iOS 11.2.6, Earphones

If bought directly from Apple, you can send them in or take them in to an Apple store for diagnosis, and have them replaced if required. If bought from somewhere else, the store's policies would be the ones in effect.

Bring in the box, and receipt if you have it.
