I can’t add “Hooch” by Travis Scoot, it dosnt have the “plus” button.

I want to add “Hooch” by Travis Scott to my library as i have apple music but the “plus emoticon is not there.

In that case, I would contact Apple for support and service. They can provide you with a specific answer and see if there is an error in Music with that song.

It's possible that you don't have permissions on your iPhone to play music that has an [e] designation...
