How come I cannot open a video sent to iCloud photo sharing on my IPhone 7 Plus device?

Shared photos not shown in my iCloud web UI I have accepted a shared photo invitation on my iPhone (iOS 11.4) and can view the photos there. However when I log into iCloud.com the shared photos are not displayed there. Shouldn't they be? I've searched for a setting to enable this but don't find any.iCloud Photo Sharing and iCloud Photo Library are turned on - photos that I take and save in iMessage are properly uploaded to iCloud.
