iCloud Calendar New Event Times Change to 11:20 PM of the Previous Day

So lately, whenever I create a new event on one of my iCloud calendars on either iOS or Mac OS, the new event's time will automatically change to the previous day at 11:20 PM - 11:20 PM.

For example, if I were to set a meeting for Friday at 3 PM till 4 PM, it would save initially, and then 10 seconds later, the meeting will know show on the prior Thursday at 11:20 PM till 11:20 PM. This happens on both Mac OS & iOS.

However, if I were to check on iCloud calendars using a web browser, the event will show there at the correct time, even though it is displaying wrongly on the phone and laptop.

If I were to create the event using iCloud.com, then the event will display at the correct time across all devices.

I've tried turning iCloud sync for Calendars off and on again, yet that didn't fix anything. If I were to create an event on a local calendar only, this issue does not arise.

Same problem here. For over a year now. I know very little about tech and thought it had to do with my iPhone 5s. Got an iPhone8 and synced my backup and the problem continued.

The only events that stay put are birthdays saved under contact info. Everything else moves to 11:20pm the previous day.

I also travelled across time zones with the 5s but haven’t done so since I got the 8.
