HIIT Workout on Apple Watch

When opening the workout app on my apple watch, it doesn't list HIIT as an exercise option to choose. How do I get this exercise listed on my workout app on my watch? When I open the watch app on my phone and choose the workout app to set preferences I see it listed in the available workouts.
