Stuck on apple logo with progress bar

I am on ios 11.0.3 and not want to upgrade my ios version.I tried restarting and itunes does recognise but i dont want to use it.Is there any alternative methods? please help and reply asap.Is there a method where i can force boot my phone from the frozen screen to the homescreen.When i restart my phone would go to apple logo then go back to the progress bar.By the end there it would freeze.The progress bar would move untill the end.It would ber there for hours.Please help!
