Music video in iTunes truncated and won't re-dowload

I purchased "Lemonade" by Beyonce which is supposed to come with a 1 hour and 5 minute film. When it was downloading, it said there was an error "-50" - I have removed the video from my library in an attempt to re-download it. The store page says "purchased" but there is only 14 seconds of the video available. I see no way to force it to try again.
