Canadian in dictation?

is this some sort of joke? I saw a question posted last year about how there was American English, British English, Canadian French but not Canadian English... my ipad has an option fo Canadian English but it doesn’t offer Canadian spellings in dictation...? Like it will put check when I say I deposited a cheque and there doesn’t seem to be any way to get it to offer the correct spelling. Same with flavour, colour, etc. Did they just change the spell checking and not the dictation?
