Apple ID with new phone

I have got a new phone and have restored it from my last but I have my own apple account but it keeps asking me for my mother’s password when I try and download apps

My moms phone keeps asking for my apple id. What do I do? We got my mom a new phone she is on our plan but she has an apple Id and icloud Id. She doesnt kno how that happened. Anyway at AT&T store the guy had us make up a new apple id and password for her because for sum reason it kept wanting my apple ID and password. But anytime an app has an update it still wants my apple ID password. We have followed the directions on apple.com and at first it seems that its fixed then out of the blue it wants my apple Id and password again. What can be done about this? It’s frustrating.
